I quit, came down off about 800 a day. Caffeine pills are 200, so started out 3x day and tapered off over 2 weeks. I teach and write, found withdrawal was too costly for productivity. Tapering was relatively painless outside of a mild headache. Came out fresh on other end.

I stopped drinking all energy drinks that are filled with caffeine and it caused a huge withdraw! I'm much better now and I don't need it, besides I will save about 250.00 a month!

I've been without caffeine for ~3 weeks now. My anxiety levels are the lowest they've been in as long as I can remember. Coincidence? (I honestly don't know, as I've been working on self-improvement in other areas simultaneously: meditation, sun exposure, gym, sauna, etc.)

Not coincidence. Caffeine raises heart rate which is an anxiety symptom.
