Maybe when such nasty people become parents, they trade the children among themselves. It sounds extremely sick to normal people, but, hey - there are also swingers that trade sex with their wives, etc. It's a very sick world out there.

10yrs ago I went on a blind date. After a few drinks to many, told me her parents would let she & her sister be raped. I thought she was mentally ill, until years later I started reading about other accounts that were very similar. I'm ashamed I thought that of her now.

Honestly, this will make Shauna an even better parent. It's hard to protect against that which you haven't been exposed to or experienced. I always hated explaining my safety parenting decisions. Bubblewrap/independence. It's a difficult balance. Thank you for educating.
