All it takes is a few getting in and excluding established players to give younger folks a chance. Bad business proposition? Almost certainly. But if you're willing to throw it away to give new folks a shot, it won't be long before those operations pull through.

And if those risky people network? All the more likely they can boost each other up. I'm young and stupid, but we'll see how it all played out in 20 years.
