wtf is a sleep kit? guessing blinders and earplugs? for me, a “sleep kit” is a fan and sub 70° temperature
Hadn’t had deep REM sleep all vacation as I forgot to pack my sleep kit. Body felt worn down. Woke up healed. I hope all of you have your sleep in order.

Yep, we learned young whats comfy and gets us rested. Grateful I don't need anything but a fan and my bride next to me.

I just ordered a new sleep mask today, as I’m going on the road later this week. As I get older it’s no longer acceptable to me to be wiped out during travel and lighting conditions often sub-optimal in hotels (LEDs everywhere, etc.)
