He’s more motivational than a new “profound” thinker (not a knock on him, as he is at the the top of his game) He takes proven business and sales principles and amplifies them with his positivity and personality... A master at presenting the “mindset” of business and sales.

I really like him. I consume a lot of the content he puts out(Mainly real estate). One of the few people I have my twitter notifications on for.

My preferred real estate guru would have to go to Meet Kevin. I can't hate the guy, though, he has such a large audience for a reason.

I'm not into real estate investing because I prefer stocks and bonds. But I think he's good motivational speaker for anyone that into real estate investing, just like Robert Kiyosaki.
