One legitimate critique of when interviewed is I make a lot of gestures. It's hard for most to understand, but I don't really "live" in my body. I live in my mind, it's common among introverts. Have to do mindfulness exercises to get fully connected.

Cerno thinks faster than most and it looks like his hand gestures are probably an inadvertent attempt to help whoever he is talking to follow along. Beto has the over-exaggerated hand gestures of a Disney character who can’t talk (because he never says anything of substance).
