The Mueller report was given to Congress ( though somewhat redacted) and under the Constitution if the President is found to have committed certain crimes Congress may vote for his impeachment (as with both Nixon and Clinton).

You're right...one is a trutsed employee of the government for many, many years...the other is one pretending to be president. 
That’s why Trump was not arrested. Mueller’s report says that if he was, it would have disrupted our government’s ability to function. Mueller simply made a report outlining all of Trump’s crimes and wrong doings. Now it’s up to Congress to get rid of the Trump Crime Family.
Cops aren’t elected, but we let them get away with shooting people. Hillary was chosen by 3 million more people than voters who chose Trump. Presidents are not above the law. He is not the first corrupt president we’ve had, though he’s probably the MOST corrupt one. #DonTheCon
