Federal prosecutors are unelected. How would allowing an unelected prosecutor to indict an elected president be democratic? I really have contempt for lawyers and law professors who play dum dum and misinform the public on basic constitutional law and separation of powers.

I reject all forms of weaponized bureaucracies for political gain. Furthermore, I thought there were several laws to protect us from police state type of activities. I guess we really are living in a clown world. Bring back the 4th Amendment.
