This sounds like Strzok tbh. He was Deputy Assistant Director over counterintelligence. Page was a DOJ lawyer, not a DAD. McCabe was Deputy Director, not DAD. Either way, it makes no sense that these corrupt FBI officials are going unpunished meanwhile Roger Stone’s indicted.

They didn’t merely identify misconduct…they specifically concluded that at least part of the misconduct constituted criminal contempt (see reference to 18 USC 401). No different than Comey’s “no reasonable prosecutor,” blah blah blah.
