I wish we would ALL ignore the "offensive words" people use and focus on the offensive actions people take. Sticks & stones...

I don't know Kyle, but I knew a lot of kids in high school that said a lot of stupid things that they didn't mean. Mislead.. thought it was cool to talk that way.. Also, my black and hispanic friends call each other names all the time. We would all take a bullet for each other.

If CJ had said something like that in high school, no I don’t anyone would care.

If this was a criminal offense the record would be sealed when Kyle turned 18, and he could walk away from it and into adult life as (hopefully) a better person. So I can see both sides of this

Ben should say something. Doesn’t look like he’s going to. That’s bad on him. If you want to keep dragging him I’m fine with that. The kid made a statement about it, it wasn’t good enough for a lot of people, I get that. But these are all kids it seems exploitive from both camps
