@ScottAdamsSays is the cure for the two movies on one screen dilemma. He has allowed me to see the other movie simultaneously. Unfortunately it has made much of the content I was consuming before taste quite bland.

Conservatism has its flaws but it is often conflated with racism and that is what they reject. I don’t think they reject the existence of racism in society today, but will argue it is not as prevalent as many would make it seem.

There’s a significant difference between disparate treatment by law or by institutions and private hostility, especially when the former is rigorously pursued and punished by law. You wouldn’t be able to eliminate the latter without destroying civil liberties.

Racism should be called what it is: Bigotry. There is only one race genetically. It’s called Human. It happens to be probably the only thing we all share. Why then use it as a term of division? It’s use dates to a time when we were ignorant of this truth. Time to move on.
