We have an IR sauna in our home gym. I can’t stand to be hot as my body “runs hot” & heat makes me feel sick almost immediately. However, I’ve taken baby steps (5 mins) in this cedar box (hubby loves it) & am aware of the benefits. Wish I could freeze & get the same results.
