"Green juicing" is wild because people have such strong opinions and they are wrong. Or guys using massive amounts of gear (test, trend, thyroid) going on about how it's unhealthy. Just true stupidity, and I block everyone who wants to argue about this.

Start with 'light greens', celery/cucumber and work up to spinach/kale. My vitamix makes 'juice', no pulp and I get the whole plant. If chlorophyl is too much toss in an apple or lemon or a bit of cayenne.

I like the looks of that model. I have an old Waring that’s struggling a bit. Maybe if I get a new juicer I’ll be motivated to get back into the green. I need it.

I agree. You opened my eyes to juicing a few years ago and not only my skin got 100% better I lost weight, felt amazing, had more than enough energy.

many people have sensitivities to nightshades. I had to give up eggplant, even tho I love the taste. Tomatoes still agree with me, however.
