Yes Qatar owns most of DC That's why USA keeps fighting wars for Qatari interests, it's why laws are being passed so you can't boycott Qatari goods & why US politicians want to pass laws so you can't criticism Islam Not to mention all the US/Qatari dual citizens in Congress
