I work in high end real estate. During open houses it never fails that the people most heavily critical and negative are not qualified to buy when asked. The people complimentary almost always become my best clients. It’s how I sort through potential leads it’s become so common.

The worst I get around affluence is either indifference or 'me first' or both. Generally.

I'd like to think I'm the exception, then. Some bad choices, yes. Some pretty smart ones, too. But definitely not negative. I've gained a lot of resourcefulness through poverty... money may cease to mean anything, someday.

So true and what’s worse when you try to help them and be honest why they are poor, they try to justify their dumb decisions and leave the conversation mad at you.

Utter rot.
