FDA just served out letters saying for us and many other manufacturers to discontinue using the ingredient and remove all products containing it. Effective ingredient for sure.

I take Z-12 from Biotest. Phenibut is the primary ingredient. 2 for deep sleep; 4 with coffee before a high pressure meeting to keep cool. Resistance to the effects arrives quickly, so you need to go OFF for the ONs to work. Reduces stress.

Yes.. Overdosed on it the first time due to me not reading the lable. No social anxiety at all.. But threw up multiple times and slept anywhere i laid my head on.. On the bus or train.... Finally went to bed once I got home slept for 12 hours.
