Sauna and Korean Spas are great. If you can’t do that, Hot Yoga is great for a recharge. Meditation and Fasting also does wonders.

In addition to whatever you do, I suggest a 30mg Valium, but no more frequently than once a month, and a couple of hours before normal bedtime to allow for a longer sleep.
