Actually its quite different... The books explains how creative people are set back in corporate environments and what they can do to manipulate the environment to success... Lots of great examples in the book too... From the great kodak blunder to startup success.

Most def! Survivorship bias meets doctored results is a book NOT worth reading. The doozies count as much if not more than the wins.
