I asked all of my friends who still read books what the best book review podcast is. There isn’t one, so I started it. More episodes coming soon. Subscribe herehttps://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/mike-cernovich-podcast/id875159866?mt=2 …

An Intercept editor! Interesting.

Maass can really fucking write, and the book itself poses a challenge to those with a non-interventionist foreign policy bent (like myself)

Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance So dense with thought I didn't even finish it a few years ago, but it still influences how I approach certain situations.

Yes, this is why I think it is “underrated” although it is a famous book. It is truly a life altering read.

Blood Sport by Robert Jones is definitely the great underated book. If you haven't read it you don't know what you're missing. Check it out if you can find a copy. You'll thank me.

Have any of you read “Alas, Babylon” by Pat Frank? I read it many years ago, and it talks a lot about human nature and natural consequences.
-
I was coming to mention this book! I think it's a must read!
-
Should be taught in schools. It's surprisingly insightful in this day and age. I was given it as an assignment, and it's one of the few books I've kept over the years. I think it has about 19000 miles on it at this point?
-
I was assigned it in HS, think I read it 3x that semester because I was reading it faster than the class reading was being assigned.
