Have they. Show us the evidence.

The burden of proof is reversed in the UK. The person making the claim has to prove what they said is true - costs an absolute fortune though, min £10K just to start a case.

We're not in court. I was asking to see the ban from facebook where they've told him he's a dangerous extremist. Im gonna say it doesn't exist. I'll go as far to say they've told him he's broken their terms of service.

Sorry, I did think you meant the claim itself rather than the stronger laws - but only after I sent the response, typically! Would be an incredibly interesting case if they have though. Definitely one to watch.

He wont do anything. They never do.
-
I don't think he will either but many US lawyers are chomping at the bit to bring a case against the social media sites to establish a precedent. Would be absolutely fascinating - so many variables - I'd love to see it but prob wont happen.

Well, I wouldn't put too much faith in the British judiciary anymore; more likely he'd get done for hate speech himself.
-
Yes, mainly because he spouts nothing but hate speech.

There are no courts of law anywhere, now mike. Just an illusion.
-
Especially in the UK. They don't even pretend to have a court of law anymore.

This is a nice idea in theory but the problem is you'd need like a skrillion dollar legal team to go up against Facebook, even if your case looks good in theory

PJW fights extremism in all he does. It’s the extremists who hate him.
