Spying on Americans without authorization is a crime, but! Susan Rice and others in Obama administration found a loophole. They can spy on others outside the country. Example - You call a female friend in London. Spies can intercept *her* calls to listen to you.

The Obama administration spies on every call the Trump campaign made to the UK, and etc. “We didn’t wire tap Trump!” That’s true in sense they didn’t bug his phones. But if they bugged the phones of everyone he called, how isn’t that spying? We all know it is the same.

Susan Rice went from telling NPR that she didn’t unmask anyone. Once she got caught (by Cerno!), the media shifted the narrative. “It wasn’t improper.” But she said she didn’t unmask anyone. That was her claim. She lied! Media plays these games all the time.

How it mostly works is US Gov’t spies on the populations of its allies (UK and Canada chief among them) and vice-versa. Then they share the intel and claim they aren’t spying on their OWN people.
