With my limited knowledge on this issue; was the election between the two considered 'fair'? I thought I read it was viewed as a faulty election.

One problem is none of us actually know what's going because the media is completely untrustworthy, so how could anyone advocate for intervention... Weird wild stuff

It looks to me like the same situation that happened in the 2nd "Arab Spring" where the Egyptian people revolted against the Muslim Brotherhood guy, Morsi, who was "elected" but rejected by the masses after he got in. So, I'm good with what's happening in Venezuela.
