We use fentanyl but the street drug is carfentanyl or ohmefentanyl. Fentanyl (from hospitals) is useful and used daily for very sick patients. The stuff on the street is not the same and is what is causing ODs.

My partner just passed from pancreatic cancer. The pain she endured before fentanyl was unfathomable. Truly a miracle drug for those enduring terminal cancer. A pox on all who don’t understand that.
