Technically maybe Fascism but they’re essentially both the same (authoritarian systems where control is consolidated with elites and force must be used for compliance) but in different form. Socialism w make worse but natural counter movement to current crony capitalism.

The government should not be telling people what they need. That would solve the problem. Of course, government shouldn't be providing health insurance either. There's a reason, my people left Europe. Many reasons actually.

Would it be better if government controlled factories controlled the production? You know, like in Venezuela. There are many categories of items that private industry produces but government mandates. Such as weapons, low income housing,smoke detectors, safety equipment, etc.

Vaccinations decisions are more security than 'social' - the US govt buys half the vaccines produced 4 Big Pharma companies at capped-prices - if there's a return of a killer like Spanish flu there will be chaos and damaged economy and people screaming for vaccines
