It's just confirmation bias. You never count the times you think of someone and they don't contact you. When they do, and its bound to happen statistically - lo and behold a superstition if formed.

I believe we are connected to one another through our past,our present,our future, through spirituality and the time continuem

But it doesn't make as much sense why people you were "just thinking about" don't contact you way more often than they do

Recently, I've noticed that people text me back almost immediately after I put the phone down from checking to see if I had missed a reply. It's weird.

It’s an interesting theory but hard to prove using scientific method. So not sure we will ever know

If that's the case, which way does the causation go? Do they contact you because you think about them, or do you think about them because they're going to contact you? Both? Neither?

we're all just the fingertips of a larger consciousness, just dipping them into our reality from above.
