Hmmm, my husband says, the $60,000 and 4yrs of law school has saved him at least 300K in legal fees, it was the best business investment he ever made into his business. Remember don’t take on student debt and you don’t have to be a lawyer to b a business man with a law degree.

I strongly agree with the exception of a few niches. The exception I knew ready had an Ivy League PhD in Chemistry. She went to the best patent law program to focus on pharmaceutical patent litigation. Her law internships paid very well and she had a job long before graduation.

Short of that kind of setup, I have a hard time seeing law school being a good bet. Sure, I know a few who made it without a safe niche, but their path to success sucked and wasn't necessarily all that likely.
