I eat red meat like once a week now, since its so expensive in Turkey, I've turned to eggs for protein, breakfast and dinner, I eat lunch at school

My parents just buy meat from the local butcher who was their farms in eastern Turkey where the cows graze freely, since we cant trust the read meat sold around the supermarkets by now, after the anthrax outbreak last year.

I’d say roughly 75% of my meet comes from animals and fish I’ve harvested myself. Hunting is the most humane way to eat meat. Period.
