Hell, I’m getting ready to turn 50. I see a lot of my high school classmates freaking out about being 50. Me? I actually feel better than I did in my 30s after getting back to the gym.
I always wanted to be wise rather than young. Never had those “dirty 30 parties” or freakouts about turning 40.
