I think the main impediment for men is they’ve been told they have to lift for 1 to 2 hours 3 to 5 times a week. It seems like a second job. They really only need 30 minutes every five days to make a big impact. It’s worked for me.

its just inertia, if you never lift its super easy to not lift. likewise if you developed a habit of lifting its hard to stop and makes no sense that others dont lift. its just the power of habit.
