One can say what you want about Russians but here in SPB, I see fathers really caring for their kids, in public, often seeing toddlers alone with their dad’s. It’s endearing. I have a baby coming so I am acutely aware of it. Family orientated society

My kids are your age. I was the dad taking my kids out. It was unusual then, as well.
