Civil settlements should be used to compensate victims for damages. The state gets to fine and cage you so they should not get double dips to cover their embarrassment. Too late for a DA recall?

2Reasons: (1) BC He Was Never In “JEOPARDY”. The Fix Was In (Which Is A Crime), So There’s No “Double” About It. (2) Letting Him Off, W/O Him Ever Pleading Not Guilty/Guilty “On The Record” MEANS HE WAS NEVER TRIED -Again, No Double. If FOXX Had His Plea On Record- He’d Be Free.
