If it's predictive at lower levels but not at higher levels, doesn't it still hold that an 82 IQ your chances at most things are pretty bad.

IQ transcends racial and genders. I always tested middle 140 but huge underachiever in school. Wasn’t till about 20 some years ago I became an avid reader and started my self education paths.

Shouldn't the map vindicate Taleb's argument? Low avg IQ correlates w low standard of living, high avg IQ isn't as clear-cut (Russia, Belarus, Greenland, etc.).
