Having had a six pack at an earlier age required hitting the gym with more intensity than what would be considered an average amount of time. Priorities change as we grow older. Doesn’t mean physique isn’t still important, but not the more difficult means to achieve & maintain it

Another big problem with humans.. They suffer too much from the wrong side of inertia.. "A body at rest tends to stay at rest" Also, Fat is just "Potential Energy"
