I can imagine trying it out, but it's not something I want to do. Don't want that to be my administered cup. Maybe Tai chi or Fulan Gong. Or a prayer room with set visit times... Or a specialized strain of mariuana combined with breaks from people so I can premeditate my emotion.

May not even need the marijuana, just easy to turn introspective on it. Would hate to make a plan for its memory and will to dissipate hours later... A clean premeditation might lock in the will plan better.
