36 hour fast to start with, then a 20 hour fast with 4 hour eating window. You learn a lot about yourself during fasts.

One day about a week ago, I decided to just eat about a pound of beef for lunch and see what happened. I was full for the rest of the day and didn't feel the need to eat for 24 hours. Haven't wanted to not fast since then. Unexpected.

I did this more than a year ago and haven’t looked back. I only eat a mix of meat and raw (unpasteurized) dairy now. Only carbs from dairy. No fiber, fruits nor vegetables. The body sends clear signals when it gets what it wants.

Thanks for sharing. I've added a little whole milk kefir once or twice myself, but that's about all. Focus is lasered in now like never before. Maybe this will be for just a season but I'm so glad to have experimented with it.

Raw Kefir is one of my staples. Amazing stuff. Yeah, the even energy and satiation you get all day is great. I don’t need “lunch” anymore. Just two meals. That’s it.

That's the truth. Real game changer right there.
