Not a fan of Google practices but this is not accurate. There’s been a surge in content & search volume in a smaller concentration of political topics since 2016 — basically it’s much harder to break through, too much high-level competition, everyone’s doing good SEO and UX

Google literally destroy people’s livelihood with us. People who have spent years building an online presence and self marketing. This is the core reason why Google needs broken up it’s precisely because of disability.

Google sucks now. It's a huge step backwards from 5-10 years ago.

Google is not Google. Which is to say the creative innovators that gave us the greatest search engine technology and cool maps app are gone. They've either been promoted to their maximum level of incompetence or left entirely. Google is now a big bureaucracy.
