Coconut oil is a great carrier oil for concentrates! & yes, it’s great for lube as well. It’s compatible with virtually all skin types & is less likely to cause irritation/ allergies than many store bought lubes. Most of them are full of junk that’s not healthy for our bodies.

Coconut oil for skin and face works for someone who has normal skin. It’s not good for oily (clogs pores) or dry (not enough hydration)
