Coconut oil can clog pores and it can do it suddenly. I used to make my own honey masks and my skin looked great from it until the honey clogged up all my pores and I had the worst acne of my life. Coconut oil can do the same thing.

Interesting, I'm highly prone to cystic acne, yet honey improves my skin instead of worsening it, with certain honeys healing mild hangnails. I don't notice much benefit or harm from coconut oil. Fascinating how different people's experience is.

It might end up happening randomly and all at once, like it did to me. Same thing happens with moisturizers and such. I'll use one for months, no problem, then bam. And then every time I try them again, I break out.

Coconut oil is NOT good for pores, as it will clog. Maybe good for elbows and such.
