Gravity blanket has completely changed how I sleep. I would sleep a full 8-10 hours and never wake up feeling refreshed. 10 years ago I even went to a sleep lab. No sleep apnea, just a "violent sleeper" was their diagnosis. With a gravity blanket, you can't toss and turn.

I have the 25 pound gravity blanket, and it feels like you're a den or cave or something when it's on your body. It's primal. My sleep has never been better.

Some downsides to a gravity blanket - You can't really snuggle your partner, as you're in a cocoon basically. - Some people say it "overheats," although that isn't my experience.

I don't know what other brands of gravity blankets are out there, I got the one from a Kickstarter. Again, NOT sponsored, don't know the people / company, I don't even get an affiliate payout for linking to them. Just looking out for you all.https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1620645203/gravity-the-weighted-blanket-for-sleep-stress-and …

While we are talking about sleep, here is some other stuff / tips I use. The Manta Ray mask. It's 100% blackout, it's wild really how dark it gets, pitch black, you could probably use it for kink too but I ain't gonna go there. NOT sponsored.https://mantasleep.com/products/manta-sleep-mask …

And the King Kong of sleeping well - This thing is ugly - Expensive - It's sort of a hassle to keep water in it And if you sleep hot, save your pennies, because you will never sleep like this again. Chili paid https://amzn.to/2WAIVOJ pic.twitter.com/yY88UpeClN

Chili pad only takes up half your bed, and it pumps cold water through tiny lines that are lined in the pad. I would always wake up sweating, got this Chili Pad a year or two ago, and never sleep better. It keeps your mattress cool the entire night. Nothing else like it.

Now whenever I talk about sleep, some losers show up and say "HUR DURR just sleep." But look, I don't want to be mediocre like the haters. When you run like I do, work like I do, you gotta optimize your life in all areas all the time.

Another sleep tip - binaural beats. I learned about these from
@JeffWalker, who has the best book on marketing by the way. I used them for writing, and then sleep. (You don't need head phones though great headphones do boost them.)https://www.cernovich.com/binaural-beats-more-focus-better-concentration-deep-relaxation/ …10 replies 9 retweets 56 likesShow this thread -
Replying to @Cernovich @JeffWalker
Sleep studies, sure you've heard of them, might find sleep apnea which is easily treated. Just wanted to put that out there.

Thanks, didn't know about that, will check it out. I've turned into what seems like a Sleep Optimizer trying anything that upgrades my sleep. Latest thing, use a large recliner that keeps torso slightly upright, not original, but works great for me.
