A funny story, well not funny....It's revealing. We released Hoaxed, and then I threw together a small budget to keep the two most talented directors on my payroll before the got snatched up. Wanted to do a film off the beaten path, one on Qatar. What happened next?
I did a showing of our film Qatar in D.C. Blood Money. Within a *day*, the Daily Beast is asking me about it, they wanted to do a hit piece. Why is this interesting? Blood Money is a small film, Hoaxed as massive. You know who funds the Daily Beast? Qatar.
We all know how closely I am monitored by activist groups the "journalists."
Not one inquiry about Hoaxed, which has done really well by the way.
I do a film on Qatar, and suddenly there is media interest!
As I learned from @davereaboi, Qatar pays "journalists" to attack.
