Paying editors on the basis of clicks incentivizes shocking clickbait headings (fake news or not). Take something out of context + make it juicy ("meltdown" / "destroyed") Equivalent of the YouTube Pranks "Gone Wrong / Got Shot / Gone Sexual" It's entertainment, not news.
Not really. Yesterday there was a headline that I “melted down” over Jussie Smollett hoax.
Please do some research on how language is used.
Run a name of men + melt down and see what you find.
