I recommend using AWS lightsail over traditional hosts like Bluehost. Its not as easy as bluehost, but it's much faster and better (and cheaper!) https://aws.amazon.com/lightsail/features/ … (not affiliate)

DO is also great. I've used them before. I personally prefer AWS because you can manage IP addresses separately.
