A 2 minute phone call is usually far more effective than an endless and confusing email thread. Texting is OK for simple stuff, but they can get lost in the shuffle. Human to Human interactions, though rare and increasingly stressful for many, are the way to go in a pro setting

Video calls are great for work. For whatever reason the conversation stays on task and schedule time limitations are met.

I speak on the phone to my daughter multiple times a week. She lives out of town for University and used to use only texting to communicate. Sonce we Started talking on the phone Our relationship as mom and daughter is so much more awesome :)

I find people that are uncomfortable speaking on the phone are usually dorks.
