Pilots complained to federal authorities last year about the Boeing 737 Max 8's autopilot system warning that the planes suddenly tilted nose-down after take-off. Sounds more like a software bug or hack.
Or maybe aircraft incidents aren't rising. Airline deaths have fallen ever since 1972.
