36 hour fast to start with, then a 20 hour fast with 4 hour eating window. You learn a lot about yourself during fasts.

That’s interesting. I’m in the midst of treatment for colon cancer, which ironically I feel I developed from stress and worry of eating clean for the past thirty plus years. I don’t eat junk, but for me there has to be more latitude. Not freaking about gluten anymore. Ya know?

No such thing as glycogen debt. You can enhance muscle performance with with carbs, especially lactose, prior to heavy lifting, but you certainly don't need it and won't go into 'debt'. Liver will ensure our 'reptilian' cells have the glycogen they need.
