My opinion: this is completely discriminatory because they are selective in choosing. Thousands of channels featuring minors still have comments. These channels have larger follower counts and corporate backers. Money speaks I guess.

YouTube is a private company. They should be able to regulate whatever content they please according to the conservative argument.

Handicap people fall into an (actual legally protected class). For some of the individuals of SBSK, you tube is their only form of communication/ and having friends.

blanket policy all YouTube clips containing children are having comments disabled as predators are marking spots where kids appear in sexual positions.
