The great thing about Japanese whiskey is that they need to provide a quality product because they can’t hide behind their name like the McCallans of the world which in my opinion are extremely overpriced and overrated.
After the Yamazaki factory burned down, it was impossible to get great Japanese whisky outside of collectors prices. Ohishi is smooth, a bit more of a bite than Yamazaki or Hibiki, but for the value the best whisky from any country.pic.twitter.com/dwJPzOF2Og
