I have had good results w/ oral magnesium (up to 400 mg/day) + transdermal (4 cups in 120F bath water 20 mins). Higher temp water works better for transdermal. Cheapest source I’ve found for Epsom salts is Target, < $1/lb.

Dolomite Powder is the best. Vit C crystals are the best too.

Epsom salt baths are awesome. I suffered from eczema for 40 yrs before I started epsom baths. Not a spot of it for 5 years.
