36 hour fast to start with, then a 20 hour fast with 4 hour eating window. You learn a lot about yourself during fasts.

100% true when I break a 20-hour fast, my body BEGS me to blend some hot bone broth with grass-fed butter and MCT oil, then proceed to cook 10 servings of vegetables with a thick steak or salmon. When you re-educate your body, you return straight to your primal roots.

I'm eating a cheeseburger right now.

Re fasting and cravings check out the new research on gut flora (aka intestinal biome). The flora communicate with the brain via the Vagus Nerve (gut <> brain neurological link). The science says changes in gut flora change food cravings.

Did a 6 day fast. Lost 15 pounds. Supplemented with electrolytes, and also GABA before bed every night. A multivitamin every other day. Made me realize I don’t really need food as often as I thought. No sugar cravings afterwards either.

You ever tried the NAD IV? I’ve gotten 5 NAD IV’s now and I highly recommend it.

the risk of a huge headache is enough to scare me off sugary carbs, feels like I drank 2 bottles of red wine really fast.

When I'm finished with a fast all I need is a half a loaf of bread and a bunch of grapes.

I did the same yesterday. Fasted 24 hours Wednesday and did intermittent fasting Thursday and Friday. I ate a bowl of spaghetti and felt guilty about it. It isn't the end of the world. I just have to get back on track today.
