Only 1/4 are genetically high respondent and even then titters drop after in similar fashion. There is no herd immunity via vaccination for measles. Only infant protection is breast feeding from immune mothers (from wild virus)

In Costa Rica, a French couple with a kid presented symptoms of measles and they were confined in quarantine. People who got contact with them, in observation. Stupidity is more expensive and dangerous !

When parents inquire as to the safety of a vaccine, they are routinely met with contempt and derision. Because no medicine has ever done more harm than good, and it's silly to suggest otherwise. All drugs are good drugs. So sayeth government.
